We were founded in 2009, with the idea of providing affordable homes to the community during the recession. Understanding that homes were not easy to come by in the Bay Area, Carlos a magnate in the property management industry teamed up with his brother-in-law who is a 3rd generation carpenter Steve to provide affordable options during a time where there were none.
Community – We are your neighbors. Our family has lived and worked in Oakland Bay Area most our lives. That matters to you because it means we are going to work really hard to make sure you are happy with our work. After all, we are probably going to run into you at a local store, restaurant, or charity event and I want that to be a joyous experience for both of us Our family has always believed that giving back to the community that supports us is vital to our success. Building Synergy is well known throughout the community as being annual supporters of events such as the Mayors Toy Drive, the Oaklands Running for a Cause, Dias de las Muertos Festival, the YMCA, among many others. Additionally, several of our team members have been on the local real estate development planning committees, and advisory members to the City Council. In 2011, we started one of the only “annual give back” charity event for the city of Oakland; during the Thanksgiving time, team Building Synergy will allocate one weekend to pass around Thanksgiving dinners to the underserved communities.
